Whilst essentially a “one man band”, I can call upon a network of self employed individuals, from hard landscaping and decking to tree surgery and felling. All of these associates are appropriately insured.
Work is carried out throughout the seasons, not exclusively the growing season and is tailored to your requirements.
For the most part, garden maintenance is achieved via appointments with clients and billed by the hour. Initial visits to meet and discuss your requirements are free of charge. Similarly, should you consider a partial, or total rethink is necessary in your garden; following a free assessment and consultation- I will be happy to submit an estimate of work.
Forget-Me-Not Garden Services can supply all plants, composts etc, as well as all materials specific to given requests. Prices include delivery unless otherwise advised.
Forget-Me-Not Garden Services has established links with local plant nurseries and garden centres, enabling an extensive source of plants and materials from across the region. It is usually possible to place orders for specific varieties should these not be available from the network.
Forget-Me-Not Garden Services offers ‘landscape’ type projects, sometimes referred to as garden makeovers. Due to increased maintenance commitments such work can now only be offered between late autumn and early spring, thereby restricting the magnitude of the task.
Following an enquiry, no work is undertaken without a preliminary visit to establish what is required of Forget-Me-Not Garden Services.
It is always helpful if the client is present on these occasions but it is not essential as detailed feedback will be supplied.
These visits enable opportunity to assess the general health of the garden and it’s plants, identifying as many as possible – even in the winter. If necessary, soil analysis is carried out around different parts of the garden and pH tolerances considered for existing plantings.
Every identified plant is noted to include its preferred habitat including aspect, exact feeding and pruning requirements.
